HOA annual dues are due by March 30th each year. Homeowners will receive their invoices in early February and include all the details needed to make your payment on time. Payments can be made by check/money order (no fee) or ACH/credit card (applicable processing fees).
Note: Late fees and interest will be assessed if payments aren't postmarked or received by the deadline.
The 2025 HOA dues are $1,800. This is an increase from the 2024 dues and will be the ongoing annual amount moving forward, not a one-time assessment.
If your HOA dues are not paid by the due date, your account will incur late fees and interest as outlined in the HOA’s collection policy. Consistent non-payment could result in additional actions, please refer to our HOA dues collection policy for more details
The HOA board is elected by the community's homeowners, with advance notice provided about the election and the candidates running for the board. Your participation matters, so we encourage all homeowners to take the time to vote during each election cycle.
Board members are typically elected to serve for a set term, as outlined in the community’s governing documents. If you’re interested in serving on the board, nominations are usually accepted before the election, and information about the nomination process is shared with the community ahead of time. The goal is to ensure the board represents the interests of all homeowners and is dedicated to maintaining and improving the community.
