Annual Road Repairs
- We are gathered 3 quotes for this year’s road maintenance projects to ensure safe and smooth driving conditions throughout the neighborhood.
- The decision was made at May HOA meeting to go with J&S Asphalt
Detention Pond Maintenance
- The board is researching best practices and service providers for proper detention pond maintenance to ensure long-term function and compliance.
- Michigan Lake and Pond will be contracted to treat the growth of non-native invasive plant growth, algae and phragmites to improve functional and aesthetics.
Storm Drains and Detention Pond Systems
- We’ve completed a schematic plan of the detention pond and storm drains in partnership with the township to guide future improvements and maintenance strategies.
- A big thank you to a couple of volunteers who have been working to unblock some of our clogs.
